How do I return?
- Email us with your order # & items that you would like to return/exchange
- We will email you back within 24 hours with instructions on whether your item is returnable, etc.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of your order purchase date
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
What items are non-returnable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty
- Items no longer in stock
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return if you paid for shipping
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges if you received items via Free Shipping
- International orders are also responsible for return shipping charges
If an item you're sending back doesn't comply with our return policy, it may not be approved.
How soon will I get my refund?
- All returns will be issued a Store Credit.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed & we will send you a store credit at exactly what you paid for the item(s)
Return / Exchange Steps After Email Approval
1. Pack all the returned items. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
2. We will send you a return label if you paid for shipping. (If you received Free Shipping - customer must cover shipping cost)
3. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package:

4. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
5. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when refund is approved. The refund is store credit.
