BCLUTCH PLAY is a strength & conditioning program made simple so you can train like an athlete to get you ready for whatever life throws at you. The goal of this program will have you leaving the gym feeling satisfied & hungry for more. You’ll experience strength cycles to stack on size and muscle & it will feature grinder workouts that will take your conditioning to a new level & get you shredded in no time. Say goodbye to your boring gym routine & get ready to experience the future of training. We like to call it a fun grind.
The program will include 5 training days a week with 2 rest days. These sessions will be about 45-60 minutes long & accessible enough to complete at any gym. Using the app TrainHeroic, you will be able to:
- Access your training anytime, anywhere.
- Master your technique with instructional videos on every movement and clear narrative from our experts.
- Track workouts in less than 10 seconds. Say goodbye to your training notebook or showing up to the gym without knowing what you’re going to do for the day.
- Post questions and get feedback in the activity feed.
- Stay motivated and see how you stack up to the competition every day on our daily + benchmark leaderboards.
- Show off PR’s on your personal athlete profile.

No - just hop in on the date you sign up.
How much does it cost?
The program costs $20/USD a month. We believe having a solid program is much more valuable then showing up to the gym doing what you feel like doing. This is how you are going to see REAL results while being challenged and having fun.
Is their a discount if I pay for the year instead of monthly?
Yes - we offer the first 2 months of your training free if you pay for the full year of training with our program.
I'm an ex-athlete missing competition & am not having fun with my current gym routine, is this program right for me?
