Week 1 Day 1 

A. Back Squat; build to a tough 6 reps in 15 mins

B1. Back Squat; 3x5; all @90% of A; rest 90sec

B2. Push Press; 3x10; all @tough weight; rest 90sec

10 min AMRAP (as many reps as possible):

10 hand release push-ups

10 DB bent over rows @50/35#

10 KB Swings  @55/35#

*If no access to a Kettlebell, use your dumbbell for the swings*
