For time:

100 DB Hang Power Cleans @ 50lbs

*Start with 5 Burpees and continuing to do 5 burpees at the top of each minute until you’re finished. So basically 5 burpees every minute then move into DB Hang Power Cleans

**Scale DB weight as needed - should aim for 8-10 Hang Power Cleans every minute after the burpees
