1. Deadlift; build to a tough 5 reps in 15 mins

+

10 min EMOM (every minute on the minute):

min 1- 100’ DB Walking Lunges @TOUGH

min 2- 10-15 no jump burpees

+

10 min EMOM:

min 1- 30-40sec plank hold

min 2- 30sec switching jump lunges
