Hang Power Clean - Build to a max


Complete on the minute for 21 minutes:

70lb KB Step Ups – 10 Reps
Dips – 12 Reps
100 yd (or 300 ft) Sprint

*Perform one of the above movements on the minute. Alternate movements each minute until 7 Rounds have been completed.
**For Step Ups, use a 20″ box and a KB in each hand - scale KB weight as needed
